What you will do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing & selecting candidates to extending job offers;
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets;
• Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards;
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments;
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas;
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes;
• Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Requirements: 

• Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written);
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within iGaming, IT, Fintech, or Digital Marketing;
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, networking);
• Experience with ATS software;
• Experience recruiting for technical and digital roles will be a plus;
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
