About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Operations Supply Chain, you will act as a business partner to hiring managers, delivering efficient, effective, and flexible recruitment strategies. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources teammates to ensure understanding, alignment, and set expectations on the recruitment process in order to hire top talent across Operations and Supply Chain. You will help build the talent strategy with HR and key business leaders, executing successful sourcing strategies that allow the business to meet current and future staffing needs while collecting and preparing data analytics to guide recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Environment: Hybrid located at our Mentor, OH facility.
Partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources teammates to ensure alignment, establish expectations, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for Operations and Supply Chain.
Build comprehensive talent strategies with HR and Operations/Supply Chain leadership, executing successful sourcing and candidate engagement plans to fulfill current and future staffing demands.
Collect, prepare, and analyze employment market data analytics to inform stakeholders and guide strategic recruiting decisions.
Proactively generate a continual pipeline of highly qualified internal and external candidates through active networking (both in-person and online) and passive candidate review by leveraging metrics and technology as well as increasing Avery Dennison’s brand recognition in NA.
Source, interview, assist in candidate selection, and negotiate job offers for assigned requisitions while maintaining strong pipeline management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment management, with specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, or manufacturing organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, pipeline management, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategy.
Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, recruitment data interpretation, market trend analysis, and project management.
Proven ability to build high-performing, diverse teams, champion collaboration, and provide strategic leadership across functional groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and cultural competence with a customer-centric focus.
Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $96,825 - $144,592 / year.
