About the Role
Essity is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to lead a large team covering both salaried and hourly roles. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset and a track record of developing high-performing recruiters. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders across Germany and Switzerland to drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding.
What you will do:
Develop and execute employer branding and hiring strategies for both operator and white-collar roles, aligning with Essity’s global objectives and local business requirements.
Secure and enhance recruitment processes to ensure excellence, consistency, and compliance across all hiring activities.
Lead, mentor, and manage a large high-performing team by setting clear goals, delivering continuous coaching, and fostering professional growth to drive hiring success.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders to proactively address current and future recruitment challenges, driving talent pipelines, organizational mapping, and identification.
Translate Group Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition principles, strategies, methodologies, tools, and processes into actionable plans for regional implementation.
Oversee recruitment budgets, metrics, and analytics to optimize process efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
Who you are:
Extensive recruitment experience across operator and white-collar roles, with success in country-wide hiring strategies.
Successfully developed and implemented employer branding strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse talent pools
Experience working in complex matrix organizations, networking with key stakeholders, and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
Robust organizational skills for managing projects and multiple tasks, adapting to shifting priorities.
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and coach diverse teams across locations.
Digitally savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Recruitment Metrics, ATS (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies, and new technologies (AI, etc.)
Fluent in German and English.
Location: This role can be based out of our Mannheim, Munich, or Hamburg offices and requires frequent travel across Germany. Regular on-site presence at various locations is essential to ensure close collaboration with stakeholders and teams nationwide.
