- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates across various roles.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations for the hiring process.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development, IT roles, and related technologies.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Tools: Proficient in using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
