JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment. This role involves full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while closely partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, forecast talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The incumbent will also stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Major Responsibilities: This position will include the following activities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Review and update job descriptions & job Score cards to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Post job openings on various job boards, Internal Systems, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure accurate ATS documentation, monitor recruitment metrics and dashboards, and continuously align hiring practices with industry trends and best standards in talent acquisition
Onboarding Strategy & Program Management
- Design and implement a structured onboarding framework aligned with organizational culture and business goals.
- Continuously evaluate onboarding effectiveness and introduce improvements based on feedback and data.
- Ensure delivery of a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience across all functions
New Hire Experience
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires, including pre‑boarding, orientation, documentation, and integration activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, providing support and addressing questions throughout their onboarding period.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions, welcome orientations, and training schedules.
Required Education / Experience:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in end-to-end Talent acquisition & onboarding Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwares.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
