The role aims to fill critical roles within 45 days, reduce cost-per-hire by 15% annually, improve candidate quality scores by 20%, build diverse talent pipelines, and achieve 95% hiring manager satisfaction through strategic sourcing, data analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
