NAB Vietnam is growing fast! In response to the rapid expansion of our team, we’re seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Lead. You will establish yourself as a subject matter expert in this role, focusing primarily on engineering roles, partnering, and collaborating with hiring managers and leading Hanoi recruitment team to bring exceptional talent to the Company.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
Cultivate, develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, team members, and cross-functional team members
Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends, and health of candidate pipeline to the hiring manager and related stakeholders
Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions
Own, manage and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process from the creation of the interview plan to sourcing to offer acceptance all the while documenting all conversations with the teams and candidates within the company recruitment systems.
Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, while gauging candidates’ motivation for the position
Present offer recommendations to the business, lead offer negotiations and support new hires’ onboarding
Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
7+ years of experience in recruitment, especially IT industry
Has experience in mentoring, training and leading team members
Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating and driving a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates through a variety of channels
Proven experience partnering and building strong, productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
Deep analytic skills with the ability to create, measure and report on workflow and metrics
Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilizing various internal partners
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible
Highly detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline-oriented projects is essential
Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making, and the ability to influence
