The Role
Description

We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern with a strong interest in IT and tech recruitment. You will support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates for various tech roles. This 3-month internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle in the dynamic world of IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other relevant platforms
  • Screen CVs and assess technical resumes based on role requirements
  • Help manage our ATS and keep candidate records updated and organized
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical teams
  • Draft and post job descriptions tailored to IT and engineering roles
  • Research and identify new sourcing channels and communities in the tech space
  • Help with employer branding activities targeting the IT talent pool (e.g., writing LinkedIn content, supporting hackathons or tech meetups)
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, IT or any related field
  • Genuine interest in technology and recruiting for technical roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using modern and digital tools and AI tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience or coursework related to HR/Recruitment/IT is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
