This is a summer internship position. It's a hybrid role out of our NYC office.
A Day in Your New Role:
- Conduct Talent Acquisition administrative tasks such as resume reviews, calendar invites, etc.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support TA associates for various administrative projects, including data analysis and ATS management
- Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring
- Learn and apply advanced sourcing techniques in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to identify niche talent
Qualities You Have:
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Comfortability with data entry and basic functions in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Interest in managing software and systems that support the TA team
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple scheduling requests simultaneously
- Interest in talent acquisition
- Demonstrated professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hr.
