About the role:

Bynder is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will get exposure to the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on supporting our intern hiring. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about the challenges we face in attracting top talent within our industry.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to support and help develop innovative hiring and sourcing strategies for technical and commercial roles. You’ll also assist in executing initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent, while gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.

What you will do:

  • Intern Recruitment Lifecycle: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for all Bynder internship roles, learning best practices from our TA Partners and manage everything from intake to offer stage

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and selection criteria, and support interview coordination

  • Candidate Experience & Interviewing: Act as the first point of contact for intern applicants. You will conduct screening calls and assessments, while developing your interviewing skills through continuous feedback from the TA team

  • Strategic Sourcing & DE&I: Help build diverse talent pipelines for intern roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques shared by the team, ensuring we attract a wide range of perspectives

  • TA Operations & Innovation: Support the management of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and use recruitment data and AI tools to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and contribute ideas to make our hiring workflow more efficient.

What you have:

  • You need to be available for a 6 months full-time internship starting from July 2026

  • You need to be enrolled in a Dutch school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship

  • You need to be fluent in English

  • You are based in the Netherlands

  • You possess top-notch communication skills in speaking and in writing

  • You are ambitious to learn about modern recruitment processes

  • You are tenacious, structured and organized

  • You take ownership of your own projects

  • Strong analytical skills
