Job Description – Talent Acquisition Intern (North America)

As we continue to strengthen our Talent Acquisition capabilities, the North America Talent Acquisition team based in Marietta, GA is seeking a Summer 2026 Talent Acquisition Intern. This role will be hybrid, with an expectation of being in the Marietta office three days per week, and will play a key role in supporting recruiting operations and summer internship programming for 25+ interns.
As part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruiting operations, reporting, and coordination efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, metrics-driven, and passionate about talent acquisition, analytics, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
Assist recruiters with core TA activities such as resume screening, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
Internship Program Support
Support planning and execution of the North America summer internship program, including onboarding coordination, event logistics, and intern engagement activities for 25+ interns.
Metrics & Reporting
Collect, compile, and analyze recruiting and internship-related data. Support reporting and dashboards to provide insights into hiring activity and program effectiveness.
Training & Event Coordination
Organize and support TA meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
Survey & Feedback Support
Assist with creating, distributing, and analyzing surveys related to intern and candidate experience to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Administrative & Project Support
Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team, including documentation, process tracking, and coordination with internal partners.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (Analytics preferred), or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in recruiting, analytics, and HR operations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience is a plus, but not required
