Together, we’re shaping the future by enabling customers to make pivotal decisions that safeguard communities and power progress.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process across various roles, including internships, entry-level and experienced hires, including job posting, CV screening, sending of technical tests (if any)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and interviewers
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Follow up and liaise with the remote Onboarding team to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires
- Support and participate in employer branding and early careers initiatives, including recruitment events and campus activities
- Conceptualise engagement/networking events for existing interns, and design post-internship engagement strategies
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proactive, strong learning ability, and has a passion towards Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding
- Able to commit ideally for a 6-month period on full-time basis, or at least part-time with a minimum of 3 days per week
