Who Are We Looking For?
This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, contribute to our hiring efforts, and develop valuable professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What This Intern Will Do?
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Data Management and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Tracking.
- Employee onboarding: provide assistant in coordinating and communication to onboard new employee and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including document collection, hiring compliance, expense or invoice clearance.
Who This Intern Will Learn?
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Enhance your communication and interpersonal skills through interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Learn how to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Develop your organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build your professional network within the HR and recruitment field.
Who Is The Right Fit For This Role?
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
