The Talent Acquisition Intern is an exciting opportunity for a college student who wants to work in recruitment at a fast-paced, high-growth company. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a group of global professionals, and we are looking for an intern to support critical hires in our Mumbai office.

In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and execute various recruitment tasks. You will have the opportunity to be hands-on in the recruitment cycle performing application reviews, sourcing top talent, interviews, and scheduling.  

This internship is a hybrid position located in Mumbai.  

• Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, and hiring
• Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri
• Support TA associate for various administrative projects, including data analysis and ATS management 
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications 

What You Have: 

• Must be available for full time 3 months of Internship in Mumbai
• Current student enrolled in an accredited degree program
• Demonstrated professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Interest in managing software and systems that support the TA team 
• An interest in Talent Acquisition 
• Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus (non mandatory)
• Proven excellence in project management
