We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to manage end
to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
sourcing, screening and interview coordination along with
the ability to drive hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview scheduling and
candidate closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment channels.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely
closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or
a related field.
Experience:
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, with stronger
exposure to non-technical recruitment.
• Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments and managing multiple
requisitions simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
