The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities across various divisions. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and provides exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes within a global healthcare company.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support university relations and early careers initiatives (e.g., internship programs, career fairs).
- Assist in employer branding activities on social media.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
