The Intern – People and Culture will support the team with various projects and tasks across the People and Culture function

Essential Functions
- Assist with job description audit and organization
- Assist with career pathing documentation
- Assist with interview training course development
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need

- Professional demeanor and communication style
- Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish necessary tasks
- Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria
Preferred Qualications
- Interest in the human resources and/or talent acquisition field
- Previous experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- Remote within the United States
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor
