Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Insights Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time

Deliver actionable talent acquisition insights and analytics that support strategic workforce and hiring decisions.

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate data into recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes.

Develop and enhance scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting that increase visibility into performance and drive accountability.

Conduct market and talent intelligence analyses that influence attraction strategies for critical hiring initiatives.

Optimize project execution by monitoring key milestones, performance metrics, risks, and resource utilization across interconnected initiatives.

Enable data-driven evaluation of recruiting partnerships, technology investments, and program effectiveness to maximize return on investment.

Strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities by collaborating with HR technology and analytics teams to improve systems, processes, and reporting solutions.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience across Talent Acquisition programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Strong analytical and consulting capability with the ability to transform qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful business insights, recommendations, and strategic actions.
Proven effectiveness managing project components, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving results within complex HR or Talent Acquisition environments.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related to the role, or equivalent experience are preferred.
Preferred experience supporting business reviews through scorecards, operational performance reporting, presentations, and executive-ready insights.
Preferred expertise in developing self-service dashboards and reporting solutions that empower local teams with accessible, data-driven decision-making tools.
Utilize data analytics, data visualization, and reporting methodologies to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Preferred ability to conduct labor market and talent intelligence research that informs workforce planning and talent attraction strategies.
Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIT, and global stakeholders to scale capabilities, standardize processes, and deliver impactful solutions.
Apply strong project management practices to support cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, maintain compliance, and ensure successful execution.
Demonstrate a customer-focused, adaptable, and innovative mindset while building strong partnerships across diverse teams and cultures.
Preferred experience analyzing technology adoption, utilization metrics, operational performance indicators, and partnership ROI to generate actionable recommendations.
