- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience in both global and local recruitment, across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, sales, high-level management, and support positions.
- Experience working with HR and hiring platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
