Job DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment for Laku6 Group across all functions.
Partner with the regional teams and stakeholders to support hiring locally and regionally, across all functions and levels.
Own and improve hiring processes to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Build, drive, and enhance people programs aligned with business goals and company values.
Maintain and continuously improve internal performance management processes.
Analyzes business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Supports the creation of effective employee relations, retention and rewards programs.
Contributes to the design and implementation of strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement and general HR support of employees in the area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and/or generalist HR roles.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally with experience in both local and regional hiring (specifically within the Singapore and Malaysia regions), throughout various employee job roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee lifecycle, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to partner effectively with leaders across functions and regions.
- Comfortable using data to analyze trends, guide decision-making, and influence business outcomes.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with a people-first approach.
- Experience working in fast-paced and/or scaling environments is a plus.
- Experience using Talenta and its features for HRIS purposes is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
