Devsinc is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent that aligns with our company culture and values. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to meet their needs. Your ability to engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates will be key to building a strong talent pipeline.


Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/ATS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to enhance their overall experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Devsinc as an employer of choice.
