Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Associate (Creatives) supports the Talent Acquisition Team by creating engaging recruitment and employer branding content across social media platforms. This role also assists in covering People Experience–related events and provides support to Sourcing activities when creative workload is light.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Support
Write and post recruitment and employer branding content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Assist in creating captions, short-form content, and basic storytelling for hiring campaigns
Help execute creative ideas for job ads and recruitment-related posts
People Experience & Event Support
Assist in covering People Experience–related events and activities
Help document events through content writing and social media posts
Support post-event content such as recaps and announcements
Sourcing & Recruitment Support
Assist the Sourcing Team with recruitment-related tasks when creative workload is low
Help with job postings, candidate sourcing, and recruitment trackers
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related courses (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Creative, organized, and willing to learn
Able to manage multiple tasks and support different recruitment activities
Amenable to work on a fixed-term employment of 6 months
Must be amenable to work onsite primarily in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
