  3. Proven experience recruiting Administrative, Professional, Specialist, Senior, and Leadership positions.
  4. Advanced Conversational English (mandatory).
  5. Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  6. Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
  7. Experience working with hiring managers and business leaders.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative and professional positions.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.

• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across different business units.

• Drive recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
