Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) 

Location: San Mateo (hybrid)

Are you highly organized?  Can you think on your feet?  The PlayStation Recruiting team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our team on track.  Do you want to help bring top talent to the best place to work and play?  Apply now!  Please note, this role is a contract role. While we are working remotely, you may be required to come into the office to assist with interviews.

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule phone screens, onsite/Teams interviews, and candidate travel
  • Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience
  • Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review
  • Partner with recruiters to build a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
  • Update and supervise Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is being supervised accurately and to maintain data integrity.
  • Post & handle open positions to specialized websites when needed
  • Process candidate travel reimbursements 
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements  
  • Must be able to answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, and familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • 1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator or related role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$36.92$55.38 USD
