The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in recruitment efforts for a variety of different vacancies across the business. Working with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for various locations across the ROW. You will play a vital part in the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate pre-screening, setting up assessments and interviews and gathering documents for onboarding.

Delivering a great candidate experience, you should be building lasting relationships with potential candidates, providing a high level of customer service and securing talent in a growing competitive market. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll support the Talent Acquisition Specialists on a variety of vacancies that have a high volume of applications.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Support the ROW Talent Acquisition Specialists with all recruitment administration required
  • Create and post job adverts to our ATS system (JazzHR) and to relevant job boards
  • Send reminder emails to candidates daily and fully manage interview shared calendar
  • Chase candidates for compliance documentation needed for interviews
  • Conduct the initial CV screening on certain vacancies, based on the criteria agreed with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Conduct introduction screening calls with selected candidates.
  • Create shortlists of potential candidates that will be discussed with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Communicate with candidates, the Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers to schedule a variety of different interviews and send interview confirmations.
  • Accurately recording candidate information and updating candidate progress information on the ATS
  • Create specific talent pools using our internal candidate database.
  • Proactively approach passive candidates regarding open vacancies when required.
  • Align with the Company mission, vision, values and strategy and ensure they are translated into daily actions
  • Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs
  • Flexibility to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlines
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Provide daily administration support required by the Talent Acquisition & Optimisation Manager
  • Comply with Study Group policies and applicable laws including those in relation to, but not limited to: Workplace Health and Safety; Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and those specifically relevant to the position and authority of the job holder

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree in relevant field (desirable)
  • Previous recruitment experience in either an in-house, HR, or agency setting
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience reviewing candidate applications and/or resumes against required experience, education, and skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience recruiting global roles (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take thorough notes whilst on screening calls with candidates
  • An understanding of the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • The ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well-developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative writing skills for writing job adverts
