We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Recruiter to join our growing Talent Management team. You’ll be Muck Rack’s sole recruiter, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to signed offer. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll ensure our hiring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently while shaping sourcing strategies, operational improvements, and key initiatives that elevate Muck Rack’s talent engine.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all roles, from sourcing and screening through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Partners to run consistent, efficient hiring processes
  • Source and screen candidates, including for technical and specialized roles
  • Coordinate all recruiting activities, including intake meetings, interviews, debriefs, and reference checks
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, social media, and niche communities
  • Manage candidate communication and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and timely experience
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Greenhouse with clear pipeline visibility
  • Prepare offer letters and manage approval and signature workflows
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post clear, inclusive, and differentiated job descriptions
  • Partner with Talent Operations to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
  • Track key recruiting metrics and support reporting needs
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of recruiting
How success will be measured in this role:
  • Smooth, timely coordination of interviews and recruiting activities across teams
  • Positive candidate experience reflected in feedback and communication quality
  • Accurate, up-to-date data in Greenhouse and clear visibility into pipelines
  • Strong collaboration and responsiveness to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Contributions to improving key TA metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or technical sourcing, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Adept at managing multiple calendars, coordinating interviews, and handling shifting priorities with professionalism
  • Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, and Slack
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, thrive with high ownership, and build structure where none exists
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to improve systems and processes
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and integrity

Salary

In the US, the base salary for this role is between $63,000 - 80,000+, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. 

We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
