Due to growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global TA function at ProPharma.

Based in India, this role sits at the heart of our internal recruitment efforts, supporting the growth of the organisation by helping to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will play a key part in the candidate journey from screening applications and administrative support across permanent and contingent hiring.

As a TA Coordinator at ProPharma your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the UK/ROW TA team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including screening, sourcing and candidate communication.
  • Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
  • Conducting initial screening calls or assessments as needed and assist with candidate shortlisting.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Essential Qualities:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different timezones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
  • Passion for candidate experience and process improvement.
