Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL 

Please note that this role is a Full time contract: August 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll have the chance to: 

Provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions, and maintaining the ATS. 

In the role, you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:   Delivery

    • Organizing candidates' data in the company's internal databases (e.g., contact details, resumes, and assignments)
    • Designing surveys for evaluating candidate experience and analyzing training feedback, preparing the necessary paperwork, etc.)
    • Responsible for candidate touch points:
      • Change of status: Candidates being kept in the loop if their application status changes. Say, for example, they have moved beyond the pre-screening phase and are now being considered for an interview to help create an excellent candidate experience.
      • Interviews: Solid two-way communication when scheduling interviews (and sending follow-ups) is integral to candidate communication. 
        Post-application: Working with TA Manager to notify candidates when a decision has been made. Closing the loop is key to staying on good terms with all candidates.
    • Coordinating interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Accomplishing tasks on time and to high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities.
  • Internal Collaboration 
    • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships, and working across differences to find solutions.
  • Innovation 
    • Acting with curiosity. Finds new and better ways of working, then applies or implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes, or ways of working.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Greenhouse and Workday a plus 
  • Experience with professional platforms and social channels, especially LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
  • Eager to learn new systems, technologies, and advertising techniques.
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
