You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
This role operationally supports the end-to-end processes associated with internal and external recruiting and onboarding, for all functions across the company's WACAM region.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the case management tool to track hiring manager requests to completion.
  • Execution of onboarding process and background checks and working with external vendors to ensure candidate's process complies with Mondelez internal policies.
  • Follow up with the candidate to provide supporting documentation and signed contract documentation required for hiring.
  • Maintain constant communication with vendors on progress of background check and escalate cases to leadership as necessary
  • Contacts new employee and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors processes for completion of background check with vendors
  • Coordinates pre-first day activities with Hiring Manager and communicates first day logistics to new employee.
  • Contacts new employee and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors Workday for completion of background check and pre-first day activities.
  • Process referral bonus for Mondelez employees.
  • Responsible for data integrity of new employee records in Workday to avoid data issues in our HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and track the accuracy of new hire information in the Workday system.
  • Support ticketing, laptop requests for new employees and the contractor to employee conversion process.

Education / Certifications:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business, Psychology, Engineering and/or related.
Job specific requirements:

  • Microsott Suite management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative / operational support roles in human resources or related areas.

Hybrid in Bogota, Colombia.
