Let's start with the role:
As the Talent Acquisition Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, manage interview logistics, and maintain accurate records.
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and communicate details to candidates and interviewers in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR partners, interviewers) to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant tools.
- TA expense management : oversee the payment process, and ensure all transactions are settled within the correct time frame.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience using recruitment software or tools.
- Familiarity with best practices in candidate experience.
- Experience in coordinating virtual interviews and remote recruitment processes.
