- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
- Follow-up with BUs’ HR over the status of the “Technical” interview (Pending/Done/Outcome) for the Shortlisted candidates, and provide assistance upon need.
- Handle the screening tasks related to Blue Collars (Future 0) jobs and Trainees, internships, Tamheer) and other training programs for the respective areas, and coordinate with OMD the need for any job posting on social media in order to widen the selection process.
- Conduct preliminary “behavioral” interviews for Future 0 candidates & Trainees to ensure their eligibility and fitting against the required soft skills derived from Group’s Competencies Framework and log Outcome on the system (Pulse).
- Be the single point of contact for institutes, tasks including:
- Conducting regular visits to assigned institutes to check status of eligible students
- Acquiring periodic feedback from BU’s on the hired students and their performance, and share feedback with institutes management in order to find better candidates.
- Follow up with HR on the implementation of the On-Boarding program of newly hired people by reviewing Probation Reports outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the selection programs aiming to ensure highest retention ratios.
- Prepare monthly work-summary and quarterly KPI reports, seeking inputs of all associates, and relay it to PID & TA National Acquisition Manager.
- Maintain an accurate candidate lifecycle in Pulse to ensure all steps are recorded throughout the recruitment process as result for effective reporting.
- Manage internal candidates’ database and ensure it is maintained and directed to the appropriate Talent acquisition specialist.
- Manage, update, and analyse the IRCs on Napco National website.
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedbacks.
