Job Description

The Talent Acquisition team in our new Shared HR Center in Gdansk are responsible for delivery aligned to hiring demands. This is a newly established department which in the future aims to support our business within recruitment administration.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the goal is to deliver best in class candidate experience, in the most effective way in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads across platforms
  • Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit
  • Ensure recruitment complies with guidelines and regulations
  • Support process improvements and recruitment reporting
  • Committed to give hiring managers proactive support
  • Ensure the use of ATS system complies with guidelines
  • Support process improvements and recruitment reporting
  • Provide clear communication and a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Higher education (bachelor’s degree)
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Committed to support, continuously improve and share best practice
  • Experience in Shared Service environment is beneficial
  • Experience in working in ATS system and knowledge of sourcing methods is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in any languages other than English is considered a strong asset
