About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports our full-cycle recruiting process from job posting through onboarding handoff. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to keep hiring moving efficiently and accurately, while making sure every candidate has a smooth, professional experience along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Post and maintain job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and across job boards
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Support resume review, phone screens, information sessions, and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels
  • Keep candidates informed with timely updates and communication at every stage
  • Prepare offer letters and pre-employment paperwork, and coordinate background checks, MVRs, and drug testing
  • Manage the employee referral program and track referrals through the pipeline
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics like time to fill and source of hire

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR support
  • Experience working with an ATS and familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple roles or departments
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes
  • A customer-service mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience
