Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gensler, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm by helping us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with teams across the firm, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our candidate experience and hiring strategy. In this role you will work closely with regional TA leaders, gaining mentorship and exposure to firmwide hiring strategies. Develop expertise in candidate experience design, recruitment technology, compliance, and project management. You will contribute directly to hiring the talent that shapes Gensler’s culture, innovation, and long-term success.
What You Will Do
- Candidate Experience Support — Partner with regional TA teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for every candidate.
- Internship & Campus Recruiting — Assist with intern hiring, attend recruiting events, and support campus engagement initiatives.
- Business Operations Recruiting — Recruit for roles across Marketing, PR, HR, IT, Finance, and other operational teams.
- Interview Coordination — Manage phone, video, and onsite interviews using Avature Scheduling; collaborate with Studio Coordinators and EA’s to ensure smooth logistics.
- Social Media Support — Maintain external recruitment posts and help strengthen Gensler’s employer brand.
- Process Improvement — Support the creation of new tools and workflows that enhance candidate experience and ensure compliance.
- Offer Letter Management — Draft offer letters and track approvals.
- Talent Market Research — Assist with competitor, talent, and compensation research.
- Student Engagement — Organize student tours and shadow programs to support early talent pipelines.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong commitment to data confidentiality
- Ability to quickly learn new technology; Avature experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational understanding of HR policies and practices
**The base salary range will be estimated between $70,000 to $80,000. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
