Job Summary:
Supports craft recruiting activities through coordination of recruiting processes, candidate communications, interview scheduling, onboarding activities, and recruiting administration. Assists recruiters, hiring managers, and workforce development partners with hiring activities for skilled trades and construction craft positions. Maintains recruiting records, supports applicant tracking system activities, and contributes to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinates recruiting logistics and administrative processes to support efficient hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates recruiting activities for craft positions, including interview scheduling, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
Maintains job requisitions, candidate records, recruiting documentation, and hiring activity within applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools.
Supports candidate sourcing activities through recruiting databases, referrals, workforce partners, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and community organizations.
Coordinates candidate communications throughout the recruiting process, including scheduling, follow-up activities, offer administration, and onboarding instructions.
Assists with administration of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, screenings, certifications, onboarding documentation, and related hiring processes.
Tracks recruiting activity and prepares reports related to candidate flow, requisition status, hiring activity, and recruiting performance metrics.
Supports recruiting events, career fairs, workforce development initiatives, employee referral activities, and community outreach programs.
Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, workforce development, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, staffing support, human resources administration, workforce development, administrative support, or a related field required.
Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, staffing, workforce development, or talent acquisition activities preferred.
Experience using applicant tracking systems or related recruiting technologies preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$46,000.00- $87,100.00
