We seek a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a team of up to 5 Recruiters. As part of a global Coordinator team, you will play an integral role in providing an exceptional experience to candidates and internal customers. You will contribute to the team's overall success by providing a high level of service and support and participating in projects to continuously help improve the talent acquisition process.
Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead, and you will strive to be an ambassador for the Veralto brand at every interaction. If you are a master at Microsoft Outlook and enjoy the challenge of organizing a high volume of interview scheduling tasks, this could be the job for you.
This position is part of the Talent Acquisition Team, and you will work remotely in Western Europe.
Your Responsibilities
You will:

Own, develop, and execute stakeholder communication and logistics for the overall selection experience. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal customers throughout the process to manage and exceed expectations.

Manage scheduling of virtual and in-person interviews, including one-on-one interviews, panel interviews, and debrief sessions. These interviews can be complex to coordinate and could be with stakeholders in multiple time zones, including internationally.

Coordinate logistics of booking interview rooms and work with vendors/internal departments to coordinate travel, reservations, candidate itineraries and expense reimbursements.

Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Communicate effectively via various channels (phone, text, email, etc.) You will handle complex schedules across national and international time zones and with associates and candidates of all levels.

Review and assign jobs to recruiters using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday Recruiting.

May create marketing materials and/or post job requisitions as per agreed sourcing methodology across various external systems to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

May assist with collecting and reporting data on recruiting metrics and survey results.
Job Requirements
-
2+ years of relevant administrative and customer service experience
-
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook and strong proficiency in all MS Office tools, including MS Teams
-
Excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and with a sense of urgency

Fluency in German and English Language
