What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assists in the job posting and requisition maintenance.
- Schedules interviews via Microsoft Teams and Outlook for various time zones.
- Collaborates with internal team to create a positive candidate experience.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Generates and analyzes weekly recruitment report to track key metrics, candidates, and job postings.
- Serves as the first point-of-contact for candidates during interviews, applications, and follow-ups.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

Requirements:
Education: College degree
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related, preferred.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000
