Purpose of Role:

Play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience across The Crown Estate.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our recruitment activity, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a smooth, efficient journey from application to offer.

You’ll support day-to-day hiring delivery while helping to improve how we work, using data, tools, and process enhancements to drive better outcomes.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of roles and stakeholders, while contributing to a function focused on improving experience, efficiency, and inclusive hiring.

Main accountabilities:

Deliver a seamless hiring experience

  • Coordinate interviews, working closely with hiring managers and Business Support Coordinators

  • Ensure scheduling is efficient and candidates have a positive, well-managed experience

Support offers and onboarding

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts accurately and on time

  • Ensure all approvals and processes are completed smoothly

Maintain high-quality data and reporting

  • Keep ATS data accurate, consistent, and up to date

  • Support weekly reporting and contribute to insights shared with the wider team and leadership

Enable efficient operations

  • Manage purchase orders and support day-to-day TA operations

  • Help prioritise and organise recruitment activity to meet hiring timelines

Drive continuous improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and communications

  • Support updates to internal systems and resources (e.g. intranet content)

Support projects and programmes

  • Contribute to TA projects that improve efficiency, insight, and candidate experience.

  • Support delivery of DEI initiatives and talent events

Support compliance and governance

  • Help maintain consistent, compliant recruitment processes

  • Contribute to improving governance and audit readiness

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders

Systems and data:

  • Confident using systems and tools (e.g. ATS, reporting tools, Microsoft Office)

  • Comfortable working with data and supporting reporting

Team working:

  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to support others and contribute to team goals
