Talent Acquisition Consultant

Full Time Permanent | Sydney

We’re looking for a high-performing Recruiter with a passion for delivering talent solutions across Engineering & Advisory. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys pace, complexity, and genuine partnership with business leaders.

Based in our stunning North Sydney office, this role will suit a recruiter who can hit the ground running, confidently operate across mid to senior-level roles, manage multiple priorities, and influence hiring outcomes in a dynamic environment supporting critical engineering infrastructure & advisory portfolios.

About the Role

As a trusted talent partner, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across Engineering & Advisory portfolios
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored, high-quality hiring strategies
  • Proactively source, engage and assess high-quality talent using a range of direct, market-led and innovative approaches
  • Balance volume and complexity in a fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining quality outcomes
  • Provide market insights, guidance and best-practice recruitment advice to stakeholders
  • Leverage recruitment systems, emerging technology, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and candidate experience
  • Ensure strong governance, process compliance and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

About You

You bring a strong mix of internal (in-house) and agency recruitment experience, along with:

  • Demonstrated success recruiting mid to senior-level professionals in engineering technical or Advisory environments
  • Proven ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and deliver results
  • Confidence partnering with business managers and senior leaders
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working with recruitment systems and ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred)
  • Confidence using and exploring AI-enabled tools, data insights and process improvements to drive smarter, more efficient recruitment outcomes
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • An agile approach, with the ability to pivot quickly as hiring demands and market conditions evolve

Experience recruiting within Engineering & Advisory Environment will be highly regarded.
