Join our collaborative and inclusive ANZ Talent Acquisition Team utilising best practice in sourcing and selecting senior candidates to DXC Sales offerings.
What will keep you busy:
- Consult with sales leadership and management on current and future staffing needs for sales, revenue-generating, and other customer-facing positions to clearly identify role requirements, success profiles, target talent markets, potential applicants, and structured interview guides.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales roles from both internal and external sources. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and sales leadership.
- Assists sales managers in evaluating candidate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural fit, and in selecting the most qualified candidates. Prepare and extends job offer packages to successful candidates. In conjunction with management, negotiate compensation, commission structures, incentives, and other offer components as appropriate.
- Develop and manage applicant flow for sales and high-impact revenue roles. Design and implement sourcing strategies using passive candidate sourcing, internet platforms, social media, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Utilise targeted advertisements in appropriate job boards, sales publications, and industry forums to attract top sales talent as needed.
The skills you will bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with sales leadership, hiring managers, and candidates on employment and compensation issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Nine or more years of recruiting or employment experience, with significant experience recruiting sales or revenue-focused roles
- Experience working with advanced recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures.
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, desktop applications, and other recruiting technologies that support high-volume or specialized sales recruiting
- Experience working with federal, state, and local human resources laws and regulations
