LOCATION:

Our Frisco, Texas office is home to Elixirr Digital’s US headquarters. It drives our data, AI and digital solutions. We are building a team here, that deliver the full suite of Elixirr’s execution capabilities.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for high-calibre, client-facing consulting and advisory talent across the US business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to attract exceptional individuals with experience in strategy, business transformation, digital, AI, and broader business services consulting. You will elevate hiring standards, assess candidates with a strong focus on emotional intelligence (EQ) alongside capability, and help build an AI-native recruitment function through process innovation and automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for digital, data, technology, consulting and strategy advisory roles.
• Be accountable for speed and quality of suitable hires for all open roles
• Maintain the highest standards of candidate data integrity via our ATS, Greenhouse
• Partner with Partners and business leaders on hiring strategy and optimising process efficiencies.
• Assess technical capability, commercial acumen and emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Utilise Linkedin Recruiter to build and maintain pipelines of talent for all roles
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Use data to improve hiring performance.
• Champion AI adoption across Talent Acquisition by creating scalable workflows, process flows, AI skills and automations.
• Collaborate globally with UK, European and US colleagues to share best practice and raise recruitment standards.
• Continue to raise the talent quality bar, in pursuit of Building the Best Consultancy firm in the world.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Highly collaborative, growth-oriented, ownership mindset, able to work at pace and handle complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience recruiting within business services, management consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Proven success hiring client-facing consulting professionals.
• Strong capability assessing emotional intelligence (EQ), stakeholder management and leadership potential.
• Collaborative working style with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and AI-enabled recruiting.
• Experience designing or improving recruitment processes using AI and automation.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and offer management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
