Education 

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business Analytics or Insights, Human Resources or related field. 

Work Experience 

Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources that includes experience in project management, recruiting, or consultation. 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to include project/staff coordination and motivating staff toward common goals.  

  • Ability to motivate, instruct, guide, and assign project teams and prioritize and meet multiple deadlines; works well under pressure.  

  • Ability to interface and build strong relationships at all levels throughout the organization.   

  • Highly motivated with a strong ability to take initiative; must have strong organizational skills.   

  • Knowledgeable of employment practices and law, confidentiality, and State and Federal compliance requirements for health care employment. 

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in providing training either in-person or online to small or large groups with users of varying computer knowledge/experience. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, which is necessary to collaborate and address difficult and controversial issues. 

Major Responsibilities  

  • Provides expertise in related areas to support both operational and technical recruiting related goals to hire talent efficiently and effectively. Supports system and departmental strategic goals directed at creating the highest quality applicant tracking system, providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience and building the best-in-class recruiter team. 

  • Engages with strategic partners on projects and processes. Participates on project teams outside of TA representing recruitment. Identifies challenges/barriers and provides resolution/solutions for enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, installments, training and compliance. Ensures project timelines are adhered to and ensure project success. 

  • Proactively anticipates needs and offers recommendations on providing value-added system data to improve data integrity. Utilizing tools, provides data reports, creates dashboards, recommends enhancements, and ensures compliance. Provides customized reports as requested. 

  • Acts as the liaison for all recruitment activities with regards to affiliations, redeployment, training, applicant tracking system, and data reporting.  

  • May oversee recruitment processes for affiliation/acquisition of physician practices. Provides recommendation with regards to identification of talent for hire, entry process into the ATS system, pre-employment requirements, onboarding experience, and other talent acquisition processes. 

  • May perform recruiting related training for new hires and enhancements to system, tools and process. Creates and compiles system-wide training materials and functions as the primary resource for the department. 

  • May be responsible for documenting the process, conducting the training, preparing material, updating changes, and ensuring adherence to the process. 

  • May identify possible solutions for process enhancements. Determines user compliance with established process and procedures. May work directly with the recruiters, HR Systems, workforce planning teams, and RSC to update, modify or enhance TA tools.
