Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operational leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that reflects Sodexo’s values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of operational and support roles.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Champion employer branding and candidate experience.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
