Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Change & Capability Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Coordinate global Talent Acquisition training schedules and learning forums to strengthen team capability and consistency.

Drive tracking and communication of change initiatives, enabling successful adoption across TA teams.

Maintain accurate learning and training records, providing insights that support informed decision-making.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness.

Contribute data-driven analysis and reporting that identifies trends, measures effectiveness, and supports continuous improvement.

Facilitate knowledge sharing by maintaining resources, documenting learnings, and promoting best practices across teams.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, change management, capability-building, training coordination, and organizational improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to track change effectiveness, communication outcomes, project milestones, and learning program results using established project management and reporting tools.
Preferred knowledge of project schedule, scope, resource, issue, and risk management practices to support successful program delivery.
Experience partnering with Knowledge Management teams to maintain and optimize learning content, reference materials, and Answers article portfolios.
Skilled at maintaining project documentation, training records, databases, and reporting mechanisms while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Ability to leverage data analytics, qualitative insights, and business knowledge to identify opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Strong collaboration, conflict management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
