The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Energy & Utilities team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Based in Brisbane, this role will partner closely with hiring leaders across Australia and New Zealand to deliver end to end recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of engineering, infrastructure, construction and utilities projects.

As a trusted recruitment business partner you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing strategies through to offer management. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing high quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role is well suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships while influencing recruitment outcomes across a broad and varied business. 

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment role
  • Recruitment experience gained within an engineering, infrastructure, utilities, construction organisation or a specialist recruitment agency
  • Proven experience managing end to end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines and regions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Experience using recruitment systems, sourcing tools and talent attraction strategies
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and recruitment deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • You will be passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes, creating positive candidate experiences and partnering with leaders to achieve business objectives.
