Advises Global Functions P&CLT and leadership teams on talent acquisition operational performance, strategy and development.

Analyze performance of Talent Acquisition for global functions, collaborate and coach areas to improve operations ongoingly.

Partner with senior leaders to understand their talent needs for the business and provide strategic guidance and support.

Responsible for co-creating the global functions TA strategy, process and solutions and ensuring implementation through Areas via FL Teams (TA Managers), Area TA Development Managers and Area Talent Managers

Responsible for creating an employer branding strategy for global functions, building innovative sourcing methods and channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Implement the KONE EVP across all areas and business lines.

Responsible for data integrity and ensuring consistent ways of working with TA tools.

TA tool optimisations i.e. driving WD process consistency, Beamery usage, and ensuring existing screening tools are deployed to increase TA team capacity

Analyze and develop Talent Acquisition service delivery model to meet current and future talent needs.

Provides Area Talent managers with insight about the area level TA needs in order to build pipelines of internal candidates for key/critical roles.
Experience & Skills:
-
Minimum of 7yrs experience in Talent acquisition

Experience of working across multiple geographies globally.

Demonstrable Project Management experience.

Able to build strategic cross-border employer branding strategies alongside operational employer branding planning

Strong understanding of TA processes and tools

Proven track record of successful TA roles in multi-cultural business environment and within a one P&C culture

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate in a global matrix organization up to Board level

Effective listening, communication, presentation and influencing skills

Strong change management experience
