We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment of technical and corporate roles in AI and Data Centers business. Job Details
Work setup: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila time)
Holiday: Will follow US holidays
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions related to AI infrastructure and data center operations
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
- Assist with recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition administrative tasks
- Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiring
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Internship or work experience in recruitment in human resources is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn technical recruiting and support hiring for AI and Data Center-related roles
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
