Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Prepare job offers and support onboarding documentation and processes
  • Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sourcing, social media recruitment, or employer branding is an advantage
