- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Prepare job offers and support onboarding documentation and processes
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in sourcing, social media recruitment, or employer branding is an advantage
