Your Role
In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects, such as diversity & inclusion, HRIS, employer branding, and more.
A Day in Your New Role
- Work closely with the Shanghai Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for immediate hiring and campus hiring
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, maintain local job boards such as Boss and Liepin, application reviews, and campus recruitment
- Organize pipeline of talent by collecting and sourcing candidates via various job boards
- Maintain our recruitment tracking system, Greenhouse
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support TA manager for various administrative projects, including data analysis and ATS management
Qualities You Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous relevant internship or full-time experience, preferably in talent acquisition or HR
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- High-level fluency in Mandarin, good English skills
- Proven excellence in project management
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
