The Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant will support the recruitment process by partnering with hiring teams to identify top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is also responsible for various Human Resources administrative and operational activities to enhance efficiency for the HR function.
Location: Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
This is a hybrid position and will be required to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the Brazil Intern & Apprentice Programs, partnering with a local agencies to manage candidate flow and coordinate candidate interviews
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Brazil from requisition intake to offer acceptance
Administer job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Utilize recruitment technology and sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers and HR partners
Manage new employee onboarding process including exams, payroll registration and other documentation as required
Utilize TOTVS to issue contracts and maintain documentation
Provide local employee support for various HR activities and to ensure compliance
Attend to audits in general (certifications, client audits, internal audits, etc)
Support record keeping for training and update KPI's
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience
Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, business, or related field of study
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software
Workday and TOTVS experience is a plus
